N.O.R.E. recently stopped by The Breakfast Club, where he opened up about various guests on his popular Drink Champs podcast—most notably, Diddy.

During the interview, DJ Envy asked N.O.R.E. directly whether he believed Diddy was "guilty or not guilty" in light of the federal sex trafficking allegations currently surrounding the music mogul. In response, N.O.R.E. said, "I never saw it," distancing himself from the claims and clarifying that he was unaware of any wrongdoing. While he admitted that some of the allegations shocked him, N.O.R.E. also expressed skepticism, stating he didn’t believe everything he heard from witnesses in the case.

When Charlamagne brought up the now-infamous Drink Champs clip where Diddy referred to Fabolous as “daddy,” N.O.R.E. offered context to clear the air. He explained that Diddy was mimicking their friend Mr. Lee, who had been using "daddy" as slang earlier that day—a term that’s also popular in Dominican culture.

Still, N.O.R.E. acknowledged the moment didn’t land well. “He f***ed the interview up,” N.O.R.E. admitted, referencing Diddy’s offhand remark. He added that Diddy’s strange behavior may have stemmed from frustration over Fabolous not drinking Ciroc during the show. According to N.O.R.E., when Diddy asked Fabolous why they don’t party together anymore, it was really a playful jab about the lack of support for his liquor brand.

Charlamagne didn’t let up, pressing N.O.R.E. about another viral comment from Diddy during that same episode—when he told Fabolous, “I like to see you scrambling and scraping.” On that point, N.O.R.E. admitted he had no explanation.
